Ticket holders - early arrival is strongly suggested to avoid long lines. Doors open at 7:00 PM. The event will be staffed to expedite your entry via several check in lines. If you purchased your tickets online or have tickets waiting at will call, the Congress Theater Box Office will be open starting at 12:00 noon tomorrow (Wednesday Dec. 31st) for pick up, picking up your tickets in advance will also help expedite your entry into the venue upon arrival.

When picking up your tickets, a valid photo ID is required, as well as the credit card used to purchase your tickets. The purchaser must pick up the tickets. If for some reason, we are not able to find your ticket purchase on file, and the event is sold out, we cannot sell you replacement tickets. As an added precaution, please bring the receipt from your purchase.
